1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions as listed below:
We accept returns only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product was leaking or broken upon arrival.
You contacted us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos).
Note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return Request
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide a valid order number, invoice, and photo/video proof of the issue.
Return requests must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 working days to the address provided by our support team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used perfumes, testers, or sample products
Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance
Gift cards, vouchers, and digital products
Customized or special-order items
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to the same account used for payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI once return verification is complete.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, but you may contact our support team for assistance with returns if eligible.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product:
Email us at info@alfawazperfumes.infotube10x.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach photos or videos showing the issue clearly.
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account or payment provider again.
Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before refund appears).

8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered if you received a defective or incorrect product.
If you wish to exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, weβll send a replacement after receiving the original product.
